What do you usually have for breakfast?

When I’m around the world I always try to start the day with a bit of fruit, I’m sure that only in this way I’m going to it.
When I’m at home instead I take my honey and lemon juice (or tea based on how much I sleep) and then I run out for the commissions of the day. I usually always have something to drink with me; I recently put Activia da Bere in my bag. My favorite is peach and mango!
During my days I always get plenty of liquids, but at the end I want something more tasty than the water and if at the same time it helps my body to work better, it’s all gained!
Imagine my amazement when Activia itself proposed to participate in one of the events hosted on #TramActivia, which will be in Milan from 4 to 17 June. It is one of the Caffè con Donna Moderna with the theme “Wellness on-the-go”.
I tell you the tips and secrets I learned from the enlightening presence of Nutritionist and Food Science Specialist Serafina Petrocca and personal trainer Elena Buscone.
Let’s start from the food:
1.Carbohydrates are NOT the worst, but having a gradual release of sugars help the brain to have a good performance and decrease the feeling of hunger. The nutritionist suggests a portion of the pasta (best if integral) of not less than 80 gr. In any case everything is to be assessed according to our own constitution and need.
2. A healthy snack pre-workout? Pop Corns DIY and a Activia for Drinking!
3.Frying is not an enemy to avoid. In fact,the extra virgin olive oil is able to maintain its nutritional values even at high temperatures. So do not give up a great pasta dressing with a sauce of oil and onion (I love it with garlic) and vegetables.
4. Avoid carbohydrates at dinner, at the end of the day our body needs less energy … it will be more difficult to dispose of.
Let’s go to the fitness section now:
1.Let’s face the myth that we can only train at the gym … it’s absolutely not true! Certainly it can help to be more motivated, but at home it is possible to realize physical exercise. Water bottles can become weights, and in any case on youtube there are many examples of exercises.
2.Muscle activation is paramount. If you do not have time because you’re always around or working between a move and the other you can accomplish exercises even on public transport.
3. Do you have a bag on your arm? Holding in suspension can be a perfect way to train biceps.
4. Are you sitting waiting for your stop? Take your belly in your belly, you will make abdominal on-the-go.
I do not conceal that in the last year, traveling very often and having an unpredictable lifestyle I took a few pounds.
So I listened carefully to the tips and secrets revealed on the Tram Activia.
In any case, it is the willpower the first to enter the field, and for me it was a really motivating encounter.
